These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ProtoHQ platform and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ProtoHQ helps organisations capture their business WhatsApp conversations, turn them into tasks, and route that work to the right people and systems. The Service is provided on a business-to-business basis to organisations that operate a ProtoHQ workspace.

Accounts and access

Access is provided to authorised users of a workspace. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including messaging and data-protection regulations.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other workspaces.
• Ensure you have the necessary rights and consents for any data and connected accounts you bring into the Service.

Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Google, and ERP systems). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and you are responsible for the accounts and credentials you connect. ProtoHQ accesses third-party data only as needed to provide the features you enable.

Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant ProtoHQ the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. ProtoHQ proposes actions for human review; you are responsible for approving and verifying any resulting work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtoHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
